IMPORTANT NOTICES:

     COFI Liquid Fertilizer NOP Compliance

      All COFI liquid Nitrogen products have passed inspection by OMRI and are  

      considered in compliance with NOP rules.

    CDFA Registrations:

     COFI has recieved notices of approval on almost all products submitted to CDFA for

     OIM (Organic Material Input) registration.  All COFI products submitted should be  

     approved by December 31, 2011.

     CDFA has notified all manufacturers that it is illegal to sell an unregistered OIM

     after January 1, 2012.

    Discontinued WSDA Registrations:

     COFI has decided to not have duplicate registrations with both OMRI and WSDA and  

     has dropped some WSDA Registrations in favor of OMRI.

    Discontinued Products:

     COFI has decided to discontinue manufacturing a number of products.  The products

     discontinued were and are in compliance with NOP rules.  They may be used in organic

     production except COFI highly suggests that you get approval from your certifing

     agency. 

     Below are some of the reasons for discontinuance.

     1. No, or Poor availability of raw ingredients

     2. Low sales volume of product

     3. Reduction of registration fees
